Executive Track

Join the VISIT FLORIDA Team for the 3rd Annual Executive Track, organized concurrent with Florida Encounter. This program is designed for senior-level meeting professionals and suppliers. (possible candidates' titles are: President, Executive Director, VP of Meeting Planning, VP of Continuing Education, VP of Sales and Marketing, General Manager, etc.).

The goals for the Executive Track are to:

Educate the Florida tourism industry executive level representatives on the value and purpose of Florida Encounter.
Educate executive level meeting professionals on the value and purpose of what planners are accomplishing at Florida Encounter.
Provide opportunities for both Florida supplier and meeting professional executives to interact and establish relationships with their colleagues.

These goals will be achieved through networking in an intimate atmosphere and experiencing Florida’s renowned hospitality first-hand while in fabulous Ponte Vedra Beach.

This track is coordinated parallel to the appointments, however participants will enjoy all of the same Florida Encounter networking functions to give participants ample opportunity to establish relationships with all Florida suppliers.

Cost to Attend

The cost for qualified Executive Meeting Professionals and Suppliers to attend is only $195. This fee includes airfare, deluxe accommodations, meal functions, networking opportunities and activities.

How to attend?

Executive level meeting professionals can attend if one or more of their planners attends Florida Encounter as well. Interested in attending the Executive Track at Florida Encounter?
