Every year a select number of meeting industry media representatives are invited to attend Florida Encounter, in cooperation with the local hosts. This year's hosts are the Sawgrass Golf Resort & Spa, a Marriott Resort and the St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and The Beaches VCB.
Attending media representatives can seek appointments during the tradeshow with the suppliers. This was a popular addition to the show two years ago and will be continued during this year's Florida Encounter. We will also ensure media have more time to cover the show on Tuesday during the morning and afternoon. These steps expand your opportunity to gather story information during Florida Encounter.
After media representatives register, a log-in and password to our appointment scheduling system will be sent to you at a later time. This allows you to review the profiles and background information of all suppliers and meeetng professionals attending Florida Encounter. On this site, you will also be able to request up to five appointments with suppliers on the tradeshow floor. However, you will only be able to request an appointment with suppliers who indicated they want to meet with representatives from the media.
