Registration will take approx. 10-15 minutes to complete. You can save and come back later to finish it as often as you like. The process takes a bit longer than usual because you create your profile at the same time. It will be used later by the suppliers during the appointment selection process. So you only need to do this once!

You will be asked for the following information:

  • Your Contact Information, if you have registered before, than this information will pre-populate
  • Past Meeting Information for ONE meeting
  • Future Meeting Information for TWO (new: shorter application process) meetings which could be booked in Florida and discussed with suppliers during your appointments
  • Travel Preference Information

Registration Fee
The registration fee for qualified planners is only $195, which you pay AFTER you have been approved. This includes your (air)travel, transportation, accommodations, all scheduled meals and networking opportunities. If you have been approved, details regarding travel preferences and appointment scheduling will be provided.

Scholarships
Based on the last year's success, we will continue offering our "Florida Encounter Scholarships".
Many organizations have curtailed spending on travel and do not allow meeting professionals to spend money on registration. Some third party planners have seen their business go down. And even though they are very qualified to attend, this can prohibit them from attending.

If you believe that you are in a situation described above, VISIT FLORIDA will be happy to find you a sponsor. Once approved, we will send you a confirmation that you have been accepted. This confirmation includes a link for payment. INSTEAD of paying, simply send sbonda@VISITFLORIDA.org an email and mention that you would like to be sponsored and why.
