Evening events (Cost of Event)
For full sponsorship of an evening event, sponsor will receive signage during the event, complimentary Single-Plus Booth registration and banner placement on the Florida Encounter web site. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your venue and services. Partners are encouraged to work together to make these events complete including entertainment, decorations and reception/dinner.

Gold Level

Registration bags ($5,000)
Sponsor will receive logo placement on this high quality bag, one complimentary Single Booth registration (a $2,150 value). One available.

Breakfast ($6,000)
Sponsor will receive special signage during the event, opportunity to address participants at breakfast and a complimentary Single Booth registration. One available.

Program book ($4,000)
Sponsor will receive a full-page advertisement (inside front cover) and an advertorial in the program book, recognition on the front and back cover and one complimentary Single Booth registration (a $2,150 value). One available.

Silver Level

Morning and afternoon breaks ($250 each)
Sponsor will receive appropriate signage in the break area.

Audio-Visual Sponsorship (in-kind)
Sponsor will receive special signage in the food function area. If you are interested in an in-kind donation of Audio-Visual equipment (we do have a budget, but it is limited), please contact your Florida Encounter team for an overview of technical requirements. One available.

Cyber Café (in-kind)
Sponsor will receive signage in the Cyber Café. If you are interested in an in-kind donation of computer equipment, please contact your Florida Encounter team for an overview of technical requirements. One available.

Welcome transfers from the host hotel ($1,000)
Sponsor will be able to show their marketing video and distribute collateral on buses and vans as meeting planners are transferred from the Tampa airport to the hotel. One available.

Welcome Refreshments (Cost of F&B)
Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide F&B and network with Florida Encounter attendees upon check in at the Florida Encounter Registration & Information Desk

Evening Event Transfers ($500)
Sponsor will be able to show their marketing video, provide refreshments and/or entertainment on buses as meeting planners and suppliers are transferred to off-site venues. Sponsor will receive special signage. Two available.

Name badges and lanyards ($2,500)
Sponsor will receive logo placement on name badge holder of all attendees. One available.

Bronze Level

Turndown service ($600 per night plus cost of item)
Sponsor will receive space in their evening's "Sponsor Spotlight " section (text approximately 100 words) to highlight their organization/destination.

Welcome gift in registration bag ($400 plus cost of item)
Sponsor will receive the opportunity to place a welcome gift in all attendee registration bags.

VIP Reception (Cost of Reception)
We will coordinate an exclusive VIP reception prior to the opening evening reception. This reception is by invitation only. All sponsors, first-time meeting professional attendees, VIPs and media delegates will receive an invitation. This exclusive event will be attended by approximately 60 - 80 attendees, approximately 60% of which will be meeting professionals. Cost of event includes full open bar and light hors d’oeuvres, approximately $1,500 - $2,000. One available.

Newsletter ($2,000)
Sponsor will receive the exclusive opportunity to put their brand on all 4 newsletters, one distributed upon registration, three distributed in-room. Each newsletter will include a 50-word description of the sponsor’s choosing. One available.

Web Site Banner ($500)
Sponsor will receive the opportunity to submit a linkable banner for the top of the Florida Encounter web site. Top banner will go into a seven organization rotation and will stay up from through January 2010. Five available.
