Florida Encounter's Annual Golf Tournament

Home of the PGA TOUR Headquarters and THE PLAYERS, TPC Sawgrass is a Tournament Players Club accessible to the everyday golfer. Encompassing more than 25 years of magic and memories from professionals at THE PLAYERS Championship to everyday golfers who experience THE PLAYERS Stadium Course, TPC Sawgrass protects history and heritage through memorabilia in the 77,000 square-foot Clubhouse and provides outlets to build new memories on the courses and at the TOUR Academy. The famous 6,857-yard THE PLAYERS Stadium Course designed by architect Pete Dye is recognized as one of golf’s most highly regarded championship courses and tournament venues.

St. Augustine Maritime History

Explore the history of the Nation’s Oldest City through the mariner’s perspective. Join as we explore St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum maritime exhibits, learn about marine archeology and climb the 219 steps of the tower for one inspiring view. Then, depart on St. Augustine Sightseeing Cruises Victory III for a tour of the waterways. Captain Mike will share some of the city’s waterway history and his incredible knowledge of the area’s aquatic wild life. After a day on the water, we plan to enjoy a luncheon at St. Augustine’s waterfront brewery, A1A Aleworks.

The Art and Architecture of the Nation’s Oldest City

The artistic legacies to the oldest city are on triumphant display in a multitude of galleries, shops and in the architecture itself. The St. Augustine Art Association will share with us the best of the city’s art and architecture. Enjoy a catered breakfast among the works of some of the finest local artists then retrace the grandeur of the Gilded Age through a guided tour of the city’s inspiring architecture.  You even get to explore some of the shops and galleries on your own. The day’s activity culminates with a luncheon at one of St. Augustine’s favorite landmark dining establishments, the Columbia Restaurant.
