We are taking marketing Florida Encounter to meeting planners in a whole new direction! We have positioned Florida Encounter as the ONE-STOP-SHOP for everything Florida meetings related. We are heavily promoting that ALL meetings destinations, services and properties will be there, which we hope will increase the number of meeting planners in attendance! What does this mean for you?

No Wait List and Lower Registration Fee. This year, even though we do not have a wait list for suppliers, availability was contingent on the number of booths we are able to fit into the exhibit hall; we are now at capacity. We realize this new course MIGHT result in some of your appointment slots not being filled, which is why we reduced the registration fee.

Education / CEUs. One-Stop-Shop means continuing education as well! During the food functions on Monday and Tuesday we will have professional speakers (oh yes, sponsorships are available!): if you are working towards your CMP and are looking for more CEUs: you will be able to claim the sessions you attend during Florida Encounter!

Appointments with Media

Media appointments will return this year. You will have the opportunity to schedule one of your appointment slots with a representative from the meetings media. Please note that the media in attendance will only be from the meetings industry and this opportunity is purely optional.

Just a reminder you will be meeting with a reporter from the meetings media industry, not the people trying to sell you advertising!
