Qualified meeting professionals with proven business for Florida are encouraged to register. All meeting professionals are fully hosted, including (air) travel, deluxe accommodations, networking events and a full appointment book. Typical Florida Suppliers that attend are CVBs, Hotels, Resorts, DMCs, Parks and Event Venues. Representatives from the meetings industry media such as magazines, websites and podcasts are encouraged to attend and are hosted as well.
Online registration closes on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 or when we sell out, whichever comes first. Suppliers, please register and pay by Wednesday, December 11, 2024 to be guaranteed a location in your destination's area (if applicable).
The registration process is simple and will take just a few minutes. Please be thorough, as the information provided builds the profile that attendees will review when determining what companies they want to meet with and is the information used by VISIT FLORIDA to ensure attendees are approved and meet the participation criteria.
The Appointment Requesting Period will open three weeks before the show. During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI! Mutual requests first, then requests made by planners, followed by requests made by the Florida suppliers.
Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Encounter Dashboard. You can also send and receive private messages, block timeslots and update your public profile. We offer all the tools you need to expand your business network during the event.
