All functions will take place at the World Equestrian Center unless otherwise noted.
Ground Transportation
Regular shuttles will run from the Orlando International Airport to the World Equestrian Center from 5 am until 8 pm on Monday.
Ground transportation is available free of charge for both planners and suppliers.
AdventureConnect Industry Networking Event
VISIT FLORIDA and The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) invite you to join your local adventure travel colleagues for a casual networking gathering. At this AdventureConnect event you'll learn about the Florida Adventure Travel Network and have peer-to-peer discussions on the outdoor/nature/adventure industry's hot topics. This event is free and open to travel trade and suppliers working in the adventure travel space.

It's Derby Day! Dress to impress in your finest Kentucky Derby outfit for the grand opening evening event overlooking the main arena at the WEC. Don't forget your hat! The event will feature delicious food, fine beverages and great entertainment.
